Reservation Policies

All transactions will be conducted-in-United States currency. All passengers must reconfirm by calling 800-343-6437 or 372-6278 (locally) or by emailing 24 hours to tour date. No-shows are not refunded. Passengers responsibility to ensure that they are at correct pick-up location at correct time as stated on their confirmation email (we ask that you be ready 10 minutes before pick-up time. Duration of tour based on approximation. Tours may include some element of risk. We assume no liability for injuries. No smoking in tour coach. Please call 800-343-6437 and speak to one of our representatives for cancellations and changes. We reserve the right to alter, modify or cancel a tour due to bad weather, unsafe road conditions or motorcoach unavailability. A FULL refund if we must cancel a tour.
