Tour
Duration and Stops
The
tour is approximately three hours in length, depending on traffic
conditions. All three of our stops are made on 17-Mile drive in
Pebble Beach.
Our
first stop is at Bird Rock,
the largest rock just offshore on the Monterey Peninsula and the
resting place for many of our wonderful marine mammals.Ê Harbor
Seals, Sea Lions and our precious little, Sea Otters as well as
a variety of birds including Black Brandt Cormorants and Pelicans
can usually be spotted on the rock or frolicking in the waters just
offshore.
Our second stop is at the Lone
Cypress Tree, one of our most treasured landmarks along California's
coastline. This magnificent tree is the most photographed in the
world and is more than 260 years old.
Our
third stop is at the world-renowned Lodge
at Pebble Beach, originally built in 1919. You'll be able to
walk out onto the back deck of the Lodge to view one of the greatest
scenic settings in the world, the 18th hole of the famous Pebble
Beach Golf Links, America's number one ranked golf course. Time
will be allotted for shopping at some of the elegant boutique shops
in its courtyard area.
